I usually buy overstock bars / lines on ebays for less than $100 brand new. The lines alone are worth the $100. These are depower bar so will work with your ARCs and LEIs.

that is a 2 in 1 bar (pulley bar) for older LEI kites. New LEI kites use 1:1 ratio bars which have 1/2 the bar pressure than the pulley bar. I don't think it will work with an arc or newer LEI but maybe...

I have one of those bars. They convert between 2:1 and 1:1 . Just take the lines off the center point and tie it back onto itself. There's a section in the manual that shows you how to do it easily. The 2:1 bar is nice because a 50cm bar can act as a larger bar since it doubles the movement when you use the pulley. They are not just for older LEIs. They were design to increase the turning on some of Cabrihna's slower kites.
