Stainless Steel Swan Neck & Forks

Hi!
I have recently bought a Libre Full Race buggy in a nice Stainless steel flavour :) Now my problem is the buggy came with standard barrows on it and I want to upgrade to Bigfoot lights.
The front fork I currently have fits barrows and discs without a problem but not Bigfoot lights so I need a new front fork and because the big foots will lift the front of the buggy up I need a stainless steel swan neck as well.

I think I might have someone who can make the required parts but they need plans to do it. Can anyone help or if you are in the UK, have some spare time and some spare stainless steel, would you like to make me the required parts....I will pay of course.

Thanks for your help,

Owain.

Can anyone help?

If not, I have found a place in the UK that will make a stainless steel downtube and front fork for £180, is this expensive for stainless steel??

I can make them for you, for £180 that is cheap, depends on what you want, but I can make the down tube 60mm by 40mm....better than 40 by 40 and a set of forks similar to the ones on my PTW Panther....But they will cost more than the £180.

Seen your work on other sites popeye, very nice stuff.....

£180 was quoted from Atmosphere Kites....I wasnt very sure if it was cheap or not.

If I decide to go with AK then I will post pictures of the item when it arrives :)

Thanks for replying.

I dont suppose you have designs for your downtube / forks which you would be happy for me to give to a welder up this way? He said he would do it but he doesnt know what I am looking for and designs would help. Completely understand if this is not an option :)

every swan neck I make is lightly different, depends on many things like, what wheels will you use, what type of seat, what are the side rails like and so on, I like to make the swan neck last so that I can get the trail and rake as well as the geoetry all as it should be

Oh well, I guess I will need to save the pennies and either get a downtube made with trial and error or just get it from AK :)

Cheers for your help.
