NEED HELP WITH MY 5.0 HQ Beamer

The kite doesn't get off the ground, let alone in the window. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Check the break lines. If it is too short, the kite won't get off the ground.

Take all four lines off the kite and lay them out and make sure that they are even. If they are not even you need to even them up and the kite should take off. If the brake lines are too long which thats what it sounds like the kite will just sit there and not take off. Hope this helps.

Correction if the brake lines are too short then the kite will not take off.
