I'am just asking myself why not?
It's a giant freestyle two line kite.
With a wrist safety leach.
Yes / No / why?
Because there's no break lines? Is the good answer?

Don't know exactly why, but that's one of my longtime favorite videos. If you view it on the YouTube site and read the comments.... "the kite is a
single PL excalibur (wingspan of 1.2 meter)".
The Thor's Hammer has been dragged around by 2 Audis, so it's probably up to the stresses of dragging around a buggy and pilot.
However, any crashes at speed are probably going to be Hindenburg horrific.
Because of the flight conditions, the actual kite that was used in the commercial was a special vented version of the Thor's Hammer. The vents and
color were digitally removed for the commercial in post production. They destroyed 70-80 Thor's Hammers during the making of the Audi commercial.

Wow, 70-80? That may be more than are in existence currently.
Still, that would be cool to see someone being pulled by that beast.
Hmmm....
I almost pulled out my Lycos 2.5 @ XBAN this year that one day winds were fairly nukin' that Jeepers referred to. I wimped out though 'cause no
brakes.
