Cool link, thats the kind of info I need. Cheers Raycapp1.
I managed to get my first air time today. Highest point near by was a fallow farmers field t the top of the hill I live on.
Only a slight breeze and wasn't having much luck launching at first untill I tried launching a directly down wind instead of at the edge of the
window.
Much better, the kite sat up on it's brakes untill I got back to my staked out handles and given the low wind conditions really pulled form the word
go.
I am 6'3'' and 16st and the kite instantly pulled me up the field, which I was not quite prepared for at that moment given how lifeless it had been
earlier.
Well impressed, bags of pull in next to no wind. Can;t wait to get
some proper wind to really see what it can do.
It was a good start though, got some good practise in the conditions turning and reverse landing. I was especially proud of the reverse take off for
my first time.
Thanks for all the replies.
Cheers
