Saying Hi

I"m new to here and kiting I live in the New Orleans area and would love to know if there are kiters out there in my area. I started with a Slingshot B2 and now waiting for Scout III and ATB. Hope to make this a lasting hobby was into flying RC Planes and Skateboarding so maybe this will mix, I ride a gas powered ATB so hopefully that may help too. Have been racking my brain for suitable locations so if any are know please let me know.

Hey Parish, welcome!
I live in California, but I spent a fair amount of time in Baton Rouge. I found some kite surfers there via the Internet and water kited with them at Cypremont park and grand isle.

A gal named Lori was around Lafayette area, super cool. In fact everyone there is super cool. They will drive hours to get to the right spot! Fear not, they are there, you just need to find them!
