Primm no longer has a RV park. Does anyone know if Jean has a RV park and dumping station?

Currently the closest RV parks/dumps are on the south side of Las Vegas:

None at Primm or Jean

Knowing very little about this topic, I was talking with a friend the other day. He told me that many rest areas in CA used to have dumping facilities. There is a rest are at the top of the mountain on I 15 going south. Can someone confirm the existance of these facilities? Don't take my word for it as I really don't know this for sure.

Buffalo Bills will allow us to dry camp (park) behind the hotel. Now all I need is a car wash, I wonder if those kids in the employees trailer park are still washing cars for 2 dollars. See you guys at the hanging tree.
