I used to be the one with the little blue Prism Snapshot and landboard, constantly borrowing others bigger kites. Now I've got my own 3 and 5-meter
Ozone foils and a harness and ready to duke it out with the "big boys" this time.
I may still try out a depower kite as I'm still curious about them and haven't tried one out yet. I know there was that one guy last year with a blue
and yellow 2012 8-meter Ozone Access--I may ask him if he shows up this year with it.
Hopefully the shoddy Houston winds will be more than 5mph this time--that would be convenient! :Ange09:
nothing like adding a 3rd kink in my life. A group of us are thinking about some deep fried dead bird to give thanks for while tearing up some Texas
beach. Sounds like another road trip.

Hope all goes well and I can get time off from work to get to Galveston with the Family :P This will be My wife Ann & son Zachary's ( 1 year
old ) first DBBB if we can get there this year.
Am looking forward to getting some sand on the tires of my new buggy. I hope I hope!
SYSMIC MIDI XL
Of course I was saying that before we took off to red lake AZ last year but the last few parts of the buggy didn't arrive in time
Now I'm looking for a inexpensive trailer for the buggy. Am thinking harbor freight and there Super Duty Utility Trailer, 48" X 96". I'd just add an
epoxy coated plywood shell cap for it. I was given 2 sections of 2" square tube stainless to weld a buggy carrier but this will be too heavy for my
little Nissan Versa. These 2" square stainless tube sections are for sale by the way :D contact me at didgesidoo@gmail.com if interested.
nice buggy! I need to somehow quit being lazy and find/make myself a BF front fork and down tube for my libre...
OK,
Here is pic of the two 2" square stainless sections I have.
One is just over 58" length and other is just over 57".
They are heavy so picking them up or having someone deliver to you I'd suggest. U2U sent.
Not looking to hopeful now. Just heading out on first go offshore this month . I
have been home too long waiting for a call out!
The upside was time at home well spent for our Son Zachary's 1st birthday & to witness his first few steps :D .
of course this could all change with just one winning lottery ticket :P. If that ever---- so long folks but it's off to OZ with the wife & son
and we are staying put or just having a seriously long vacay. Always wondered what bugging on the worlds largest dry lake would be like:P
Things looking up :D more hours & more work in the GOM :D Still need get buggy hitch from Van. Am hopeful can take time off for DBBB. Won't know
until about 1st week November how work is going to go just yet
