Buying advice
Can someone identify or date these kites?
http://fortcollins.craigslist.org/spo/4081855626.html
Sounds like the owner doesn't really know.
Apparently one is a "Boxer 12" and the other one is some 16m kite.
I'm thinking I might get some snow-only equipment for this winter. So that means not having to use inflatables.

One is a north rhino kite, one of the first biiig boosting c kites. Naish boxer might be the other. The boxer used to be a popular c kite. Both of
these kites are more than five years old i think. They have comr a long way in safety in the last couple of years

Thanks. Pretty much the only answer I needed to hear. So these are probably inflatable even though I didn't realize that and safety disqualifies
them either way.

yeah they are old inflatable kites from a few years back. the north rhino was supposedly ahead of its time when it first came out. they've made a
bunch of new advancements in safety since then. Definantly not a snowkite though

Once I move to a place where I can walk out my front door and kite around in the snow every other day, I will consider spending that much on snow
kites. Until then I am not really the buyer you're looking for. I'll just stick to the inflatables I already own or pick up some bargain gear if I
can.

Yeti- super hard to find good deals on CL in CO. Sellers are either team riders selling last year's stuff at still a high price, or people with zero
idea about what they're trying to sell, always way overpriced. See the Best BFK 2005 19m for 900 last month? I had to email that guy and explain why
it was not going to sell at that price, and that there was a good chance it would never sell. Very rare to find a good kite deal on CL here in CO. I
too love my LEI's, even though I'm on land and snow only.
Best of luck to you, hope to see you out on Dillon this winter
Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.
