4 People, 6 Legs - a unique kiting expedition

Today I'm really pleased to be able to tell you about something that I've been working on for a while now.

In April of 2014 I will be part of a four man team, including a member who is paralysed as a result of a spinal injury, set to attempt an east/west snowkite crossing of Vatnajökull icecap in Iceland.

I will be snowkiting the route along with the guys and making a short documentary film of our experiences, warts and all! Hopefully it will make for an entertaining watch!

BTW - if you don't know the Icelandic glaciers, this is the sort of landscape we'll be crossing...

Kieron, this looks REALLY cool and I'm super impressed with that rig for the paraplegic,...

Keep us up to date on the forum, some of us here aren't on Facebook or Twitter.
