Tides and winds look like we might get a session in mon eve anyone interested?

I got in about an hour in after work down in Monterey....... sweet minus 0.1 tide, sunny N. W winds 10 - 15 mph

I hit the beach this morning but found myself pumping my biggest kite just to get a little drag....snif....no wind

BTW forcast doesn't look good for friday,sat & sun better.

Ahh, it's nice knowing I'll pretty much never be out of wind again. Pretty much all I've used all summer is my 9m and 13m, even for the SOBB, only had one session on a 5.5m

I don't know till the last minute if I'll be able to make Pismo

I'm tracking forcast every day but tomorrow morning will know for sure.Belive me I want to go more than enything,I even called time off on friday.However I learn my lesson that if wind suck it's just lost time and it pay to wait to go next week.After all it's all about wind.

I talked to my friend and he is going down regardless, his birthday is on Monday and this is only weekend to do it. He's bringing a bike and a quad so no wind is not an issue so much. Hope you make it down. I'll grab some more wood and some coals and a grill. I'll put up a tye-dye power-sled at camp to mark the spot...if there's wind! The winds today are nuts!
