Mr. BB,
Where do you think the better of the 2 places is to stay and closest to the action.
It looks as if you can see a hotel from the playa. Is that Buffalo Bills? Bill's is a bit less money.

And how about after buggy hours what goes on? Do we just go to the room and knock the dust off or sit around the old camp fire and down a few brews? Is there an ice scream social so to speak?

And is it best to bring a lunch or go out for a burger? And is beer allowed on the playa?or should we just stay hydrated with H2O and a beer at the room? It's not that I'm a drinker but I do enjoy a brew once in a while.

Beer is fine on the Playa.

The two hotels are less than an eighth of a mile apart with Primm Valley the closer one. One factor is that I've heard parking is easier at PV.

I've had lots of fun at The Hanging Tree, which is a circular bar in the center of the casino in Buffalo Bills. You could see 3-4 fellow buggiers there or 20 or more. Lot's of fun.

Since it is a 10 minute or so drive off the playa, I always have my lunch with me when I go out so I don't miss any time sitting around talking to friends or buggying if the wind is blowing. However, a hot lunch at the Mad Greek or Carl's Jr isn't bad once in awhile. I just can't drag myself off the playa once I'm out there. We are exploring ways to bring the food to you so you can have hot AND convenient so don't worry about lunch just yet. :D

I'm glad the code worked for you Dino. Did you reserve at Primm Valley or Buffalo Bills? With that restaurant sponsorship, I'm sure you splurged on the fancy place.

group code worked for me. It was good for Buffalo Bills and Primm Valley. I am at Primm Valley. Stayed there last year and to me it was well worth the extra money. Rooms were not much different but the service was much better and parking much easier.

Some softwares display the "I" as a "1" or "l". It is an "I" as in "indigo"...... or um "Ivanpah".
