For sale 5.1m PL Core... SOLD
I have a 5.1m PL Core complete for sale $320 (buyer pays shipping). PRICE DROP TO $275
I tried to sell this recently in order to try to pick up something someone else was selling, but decided to pull it, but I thoroughly cleaned it today
and have decided to try to sell it again.
It's a great buggy kite, but I no longer need it because I picked up a 5.5m RII, so I really don't use it that much. It was one of the Peter Lynn Pro
range of kites when it was in production and is a really good all-around kite that is useable for jumping, land board, and really shines in the buggy.
I've decided to sell it to try to fund the purchase of something in the 3m range. If you remember from the last attempt at selling it, it was pretty
dirty from Jekyll Island's beach, but I spent an hour cleaning it with soapy water and a rag, and got it considerably cleaner, but there are still
some stains that wouldn't come out. Most notably cleaner are the white spaces. You can compare the current pics to the previous pics. Other than the
stains, it is in GREAT condition with NO rips, repairs or pinholes that I am aware of. I flew it recently and it still flies like a champ.
The kite comes complete with the bag, standard PL handles and lines, killers and PL stake. The Core bag is an AWESOME bag FYI.
This previous post has pictures before it was cleaned for comparison:

This is what most of the staining looks like
Send me an email or U2U if interested.

Yeah, I still got those sand stains from Jekyll Island on my Speed2 as well. Couldn't completely get them off either with soapy water and rag. I never
have those kind of stains at Galveston beach...very odd.
Anyway, good luck with the sell!

The Core is a beautifully crafted kite, built in the same factory as the Reactors, where the grade of materials, workmanship and quality standards are
dialed way up. A good condition used specimen like this is a great deal.

This kite is the one I used in this vid. For a frame of reference the wind was pretty light this day (this was back in the days of the 2-kite quiver).
I'm pretty sure the gusts never got over 9-10mph, for the most part it was blowing much lighter than that.

Just so you guys can see it in action.

Bump
FYI gang, this kite is a super great buggy kite.... I learned a lot of my buggying with this kite, and it can REALLY perform! It will perform well for
a beginner in the buggy seat and will also satisfy an experienced rider. It can really move for sure.

This is the worst time of year to sell a kite. Wait 2 months and there will be a bidding war for your kite.

Hey soliver what wind range is best with that kite in the buggy? Like the color, I've got a green quiver so far.

It has a good low end, maybe 6 or 7mph, and I've flown it up into the teens. The wind here in Atlanta is so sketchy, it's always hard to put a good
number on it. I really liked it in the 8-10 mph range. It has a really good upwind capability too.
It is really a GREAT buggy kite.
Here is the info sheet from the PL site with wind ranges listed at the bottom (unfortunately it's in meters per second and Beaufort.) it is from the
later year's release with the different color schemes, but all the numbers are the same.
http://peterlynn.com/downloads/brochures/peter-lynn-leaflets...
Btw... 1 m/s = 2.236 mph
