'07 vs. Nav TS bars
I'm flying this Venom 2 on a shorter bar (56cm) but it works fine for me and have plenty of room for tweeking within the kite. Just curious as to
what I should expect from a Navigator bar (med. 55cm). The Y center line does that give the kite a different flight characteristic vs an 07 bar?
checking for equal line legnths. any adjustments I should make??? (before I fill launch and then notice)? Would like to know if there is
anydifference I can adjust for before gearing up.

What size is the v2- i would say if it is a 10 or less then the old nav Y might be okay but would recommend either the 07 or new navi bar with the 4
equal lines in place of the "Y". The Y will restrict the kite too much in my experience and make it just generally fly not right
good luck

FlyHigh- I know Feyd shared his navi bar mod to no Y split on here, but a quick google didn't find it. here it is on arcusers, somewhat down the
page.... http://arcusers.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=268

I tried my Navi bar on my 15 Syn and didn't notice too much difference that I didn't think was due to the slightly shorter bar. No line length
adjustment was needed. It was clean wind so no flaring. I think I stuck with the 07 because it is longer, I can toss the bar through to fix mistakes,
I like the clean leash system.
I would say give it a go and decide for yourself.

Unless you already have an old Nav bar, the new ones have equal length lines. NO "Y".

Older Nzv Bar It does have 'Y' I'll give it a go. I also like the clean leash attachment. I suppose I'll just take both bars with me see how it
works and if I don't like at least I can enjoy the day and mod if/when I can. We got 6" of white stuff last night and hoping for more for weekend!
Thanks guys!

I've flown a 16m Venom II and a 15m Synergy on the old style Navi with the "Y" split and both performed great. I was using a Med Navi at the time.
The only problem I found was if you had a bow tie or invert it was almost impossible to correct from the bar because you couldn't pull on the top
lines individually due to the "Y". Otherwise I thought it worked great.
