I ride a 12 meter Pulse 2 also. It's a perfectly sick kite! Flysurfer quality at half the cost of a speed! Might not be quite as much hang as a speed, but you can buy two Pulse 2's for the cost of one speed!

Nick, I'll probably be replacing that Psycho 3 next. It's red and black with an FDS that works like a champ. It has your name all over it (no seriously... I wrote it all over the kite with a sharpie. Now you have to buy it )

Yeah, Snake just told me he's looking at other options. I wonder if I should just keep this sucker and sell the 8m Psycho instead. Then I could save up for a 17 or 18 speed instead for 6 months from now. If 6m has the 15-40 range covered, seems like the pulse 2 is best around 8-15 or so. Then a 17m speed for 5-10? I'd really like to buy the right damn kites this time

Thanks for all the advice. Lemme look into pricing and see what I should actually ask for for this kite. I might be willing to part with the kite + old bar, too. We have some options. Feel free to send me any offers until I figure out a fair price.

I already got too many kites in the psycho's size! My quiver-hole is 12/13m. And yeah, even though I've seen your eyes bug out when I put up my 15 & you think it's too much kite....You're progressing as a rider and now you can hold more kite down. ;D

Seriously. Who knew that "powered" is actually safer and way more fun than "underpowered."

Flysurfer's claim that this kite is "green" from like 14 mph to about 33 mph is ridiculous, though. Maybe it's not as ridiculous in the water, but still ridiculous. I wish I could get a solid 12 mph day to take this sucker out. I think that's where the Pulse 2 / Unity 12m would shine. Fast-turning, perfectly-floaty, gust-forgiving, but not boring, powerful, but not surprising... The 6m was certainly amazing in about 20-25 mph (15 was a tiny bit underpowered, and 40 was pretty sketchy.)

So after doing a ton of research on new, used, clean, dirty, updated and way old Pulse 2's, I think I'd be willing to sell this bad boy for $750. Less than that and she's of more value in my quiver. I'll update the title if anyone's interested.

What's the water range on this? I have a S3 15 and he could use a friend? The tubes I have seem to ostracize him. Sorry I get attached to my kites. Especially the Foils.
