DOH!! Took the leap back into an inflato...looking to get more water time this spring.

I was tossing around used vs new and just hucked it for the Switch Element II 15M

Couldn't beat the $820 + free shipping and it's not somebody's 2-3yr old beater.

Code Red edition (so you'll see me coming)...will let ya'll know how long shipping takes and flight review when I get some time under it...

It was a tough purchase vs the 16M Nitro III but the relaunch and general user-friendliness from reviews won me over.

OH...and I've had one session with the Dakine sliding spreader bar too...very cool...still getting used to it. Thumbs up though.

Not like I could ever toss it like Marc Jacobs or smack the lip like Felix Pivec...but check the turn radius on this thing...Will be nice to have a kite I don't have to focus on so much while flying (05/06 North Rhinos).

Nice looking do-it-all kite. Good call on the red, awesome contrast. What are you figuring the low end will be on the landboard? Nearly all the tubes wind charts are water based, just trying to get an idea.

Not sure Meat on low-end...that's why I went big as I could get...Hoping 10-15mph will be fine for it...90% of what we get here at the coast.

I was so tempted by the Nitro because of the simple bridle setup too...figured they'd be close to the old North Rhinos (direct bar feel)...
I figured if I progress enough to waves this Summer I'll need better drift though...think the Element sits back in the window a little better...we'll see!!

Upwind and boost height is what I want :D and good loops... will let y'all know - Switch NZ is going to post a kite to me when I'm back :o good service eh!
