what size Ozone Access for Kite Landboarding

I am looking to purchase a depowerable foil kite for landboarding as I believe it would be easier to fly than my 3.5m Flexifoil Bullet which I have to work all the time to get going. I am looking at the Ozone Access, and the size I am looking at is 6 or 8 meters. Is 8 meters too much kite for ground boarding. I am hoping to have one kite to cover up to 18+/- mph. What size are people using and in what wind range? Thanks, Wade
