yes, that is the convention center on South Padre Island. When the wind is low or not from a good direction we often go there to buggy.

Both. After reading your post, I extended the downtube so that my legs were less bent. The result was that my turning radius decreased because I
didn't have enough "slack" in my legs to turn the wheel. In my area I turn a lot and turn hard!
