Elmer's T-Day Buggy

Hey Gang,

Thinking of heading to Elmer's for the T-Day holiday.

Not going to make Galveston this year.
Landsailers are on Ivanpah.

Anybody else with no-where special to go?

Wanna meet and go buggy?

Nothing definite yet, trying to decide.

Hey Matt,
IF I go... and it is not certain yet... I'll probably leave here Thursday morning.
Showing up at Walt's Cove (our site at El Mirage) sometime in the early afternoon.

Not all who wander are lost.

Had a great weekend at Ivanpah.
Landsailers are taking over next weekend for their annual t-day sail regatta.
Thought there'd be a bunch this weekend, but two Blokarts were all we saw.

Winds were pretty steady (for the desert) at 12-15 mph, gusting to 18 mph on the rare occasion.
Overnite temps stayed in the mid to high 40's
Daytime saw mid 70's.

Rough, huh?

Sure had a lot of room to share.

Know your way to elmer's?
Check the windwizard's website at www.windwiz.com
He's got good directions.
Also at the nabx.net site but you have to search for them.

Lack-o-slack hanging out?
Plans for t-day, dooley?

I'm there...

As per our conversation this date, I'm for Elmer's on Thursday/Friday.

I'll probably drive out Wednesday night, arrive late.

There will be at least two, featherless Turkeys on Elmer's this week... hee hee!

Cool lack-o-slack,

Just had to go out Wednesday night, didn't you?
You always have to be the first on-site.

Find the big nail pile to camp amidst...
(that's why we call his camp "dooley's reef")

Maybe hit Superior on Saturday/Sunday?

See you on the playa...
