Thought I'd try kiting to take the place of kayaking, didn't get as into it as I thought (and moved to a place with better kayaking). I have a couple of kites I'd like to send off to someone who'll get more use out of them.

The Apex3 is a perfect entry depower with a great range. In the buggy on the beach it happily moves my large frame in just shy of 15 to 25+ winds. Just sayin'.

What size is the harness?

I really liked my 7m Bullet. It was my large kite in my 1st quiver and never gave me any reason to fear it. VERY well behaved kite.

A local had one as a one kite quiver and it was amazing how much use he got out of it around here.( we don't get a lot of strong winds here ) . The 7m was actually not big enough for our low winds often and was replaced by my 9m Blade.

I am small and a conservative pilot . I really think you should rethink being afraid of the 7m Bullet ? Others shopping should not be too concerned. The 6.5 Blade is the kite that really deserves the respect you are giving the Bullet. Not a race kite and not designed for jumping . Just a nice stable kite with a decent range.

The harness is an XL. Who knows, maybe if we get a good low/med wind day out here before it sells I may go give that bullet a shot. Definitely had a day back in Tri Cities where I should've folded up the Apex and switched over to the bullet, but by the time I'd realized that the winds had dropped too much even for the bullet.
