Eola RadSails Buggy? Pretty sure they are 12mm bolts.

You might want to contact www.powerkiteshop.com and see if they have any spares in the belfry.

Not sure of the 12mm as Sam stated (still he might be right) but they are not bolts, but allen head bolts.
might be easier to take the axle with you and visit the local hardware store to be sure of the thread count. I had to replace a couple of them when they were too bent to ride. As long as they thread into the axle, doesnt matter the type of head on them.

Yep, just checked my wheel supply and found a blue set off an old RS bug that are 12mm.

More likely to be a (Ralf Seeberger) RS buggy. Are you on Bigfoot wheels?

I had a Libre buggy which is very similar and that rolled on 20mm wheel bolts. Ask Trikbitz on kitecrowd or Popeyethewelder on Racekites if they can make you a set. If however you're after the bolts to fix the rear axle to the buggy frame then I'm sure you can buy something suitable from screwfix online, 10mm or 12mm stainless I think they were.
