I had seen that earlier this week, and thought "how sweet would that be?" But then I found out that price tag. Too bad because it looks like a lot of fun.

There was a guy, that came to our local trade fairs about ten years ago who, had a similar thing with light duty frame and a hang glider type wing. I believe the prices of those were around the $30k mark. My dad was talking to him, and he said that they would go for weekend trips flying several hundred kilometres away from home. I always wanted to give it a try, but also figured I might crap my pants after leaving ground.

Seems like some guys in the US came up with a similar (possibly better) model a while ago:

The price on a news article mentioned 79,000 to 85,000. Cheaper than the other one but still way out of my price range.
