Big Blue, 24m peter lynn prototype or trade for flysurfer
Kites been around pkf a few times. Just search big blue. You'll find some post and a video. Flown it a total of four times. Twice on land and two
times on water. Fun kite to fly. For it age, which I'm not sure is. It's in great condition and still crispy. Kite only. No bar and no bag due to
the fact it's not production kite. Bought it for $350. it's still worth $350. Plus shipping. Or trade for 21m fly surfer with bar. You will get 24m
big blue. 19m v2 with bar. And next to brand new mbs comp26x board. Which did cost me over $500. Keep in mind what it's gonna cost me to ship those
three items vs your one kite.

to be clear, this is a "synergy" prototype, correct? (waiting for feyd to chime in since he will certainly know if you don't)
Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.

Not enough cells for sure. I'm not sure it has enough cells to be a Synergy proto either. I'd guess it's from the Venom era.

I'm swayed to think you are on the right track with Phantom II. The profile thickness is thin like a Phantom II.

It's Blu! Up for sale again, eh? Heh. Was she just too much kite?
It's the same one Feyd sold ages ago. She's really gettin' around now.
I'm not sure if it was ever determined what it was exactly. I'm sure Feyd will chime in on it though.
pretty sure this is the original ad from when I grabbed it:
http://www.powerkiteforum.com/viewthread.php?tid=21694#pid21...
I'm halfway tempted to buy it back but I haven't touched the arcs I do have now in months.. it's sad.

Typing with one hand so bear with me on typos.
Blu is an early model prototype. More in the G2 V1 range.:D Seems pretty hi AR tho when powered up, almost like a Ph1. 24m is a guess at the size,
she could be more. Awesome in lighter winds, killer kite if youre a Clydesdale.
I still regret selling her but she comes out rarely and with my 24m Ph2 she was getting used even less. Still, I was always impressed with how she
flew. As with many kites in this forum she does seem to be making the rounds. :P If you have some spare $$$ waiting to buy some ripstop and want to
try a cool monster (uber gentle BTW) this is an awesome kite to score.
Worth every bit of $350. If youre into arcs its a great kite to add to a quiver and it works pretty damn good as a light wind rig. I never took it
on water but I bet it would be fun.

Blue has accomplished teaching me how to landboard in light winds something the 19m v2 just didn't have the grunt for. Keep in mind when I started I
was 6'4 @ 265 lbs, now down to 215lbs. So when it was time for the winds to start picking up out here on the delta kitesurfing came natural. I'm not
going to keep such a kite just to leave in the Corner of the garage when I'm sure there's someone else out there that can now enjoy it. As for her
being too much kite, nope! First day on the water with her was in a storm. Brother flew first in 10-15mph winds which soon shot up to 20-25. He
waved me over in the boat yelling "get me off this thing"!. With pure terror in his eyes. We switched places an I got out there on blue. First time
ever flying flying well powered, and I liked it. It did get frustrating quickly though. I could only go down wind due to the fact I had to fly blue
directly above me to keep me from getting pulled over which made it so I couldn't edge the board to go up wind since all my weight was held up by
blue. Good solid kite! Fun to watch fly.

/agree. The 19m V1 was also not a low wind performer.
Regardless, I'm pretty sure this was a aerobed prototype

Yeah, I'm really looking for a light wind kite. 21m flysurfer fits the the bill for a 200+ lbs guy. Plus I'm good on fronting the shipping cost to
Japan.

How well would this fill in 6 mph wind for land kiting. This is an inflatable kite?

in 6 you might need to artificially fill it with a blower of some sort. It does require air to fill the space between the "Twin Skins", but there is
not a tube and you can't fill it with a conventional pump.

Unlike other foils, at least one's I've owned. It it doesn't have zipper openings at each end to allow the wind to fill it as well as one in the
middle to deflate when rolling it up. It only has the single opening in the middle. So I've always just used a leaf blower to fill it.

Shipping is gonna vary based on location. Spars don't break down. Solid carbon fiber rod. So kite is rolled up. Box is 6' long. So shipping it kinda
sucks. I was just able to drive and pick it up when got it from smeagol just outside Sacramento.
