Looks like you guys had fun. Can't wait for my trip to El Mirage on Dec 16th. I will stay in LA between 16th and 20th and try to be at El Mirage at

Look for El Mirage Dry Lake, not the town of El Mirage.
It is east of the towns of Lancaster and Palmdale and West Northwest of Victorville.
34 deg, 39' N by 117deg 36' W
The region is northeast of Los Angeles about 40-50 miles.
The region of So. California and Nevada has many dry lakes
The American Southwest is truly F'ing vast and awesome.
