If you don't have any experience, than any of those in the 2-4 meter range will work well. The toxic and the twister are higher performance and
faster kites than the others listed which means there could be a sharper learning curve initially but great kites down the road. Start off in winds
ranging from 7-10 knots until you get the feel for it. Welcome and buy one immediately!

Yep, like Ssayre says, any power kite will drag you. Even the small ones. All of the kites you listed would work for a first kite, even the Toxic.
That one especially will teach you a bit more about brake control than the others might because it is fairly high aspect and demands a lot of brake
input for responsive steering.

I have a Rush 2.5m trainer that I use for stuff like that. In moderate wind it gets really grunty and fun.
I would highly recommend the Rush 3.5m pro for ya. It will do what you want, be easy on the wallet (£200), and has a third line so you can manage it
by yourself a little easier.
The guy in this video has a Rush 3.0m

You can do it with a few of the other kites listed. I have not flown those however and cannot really comment.

** Tip of the day **
Avoid wearing hiking/walking boots. They're a little too grippy for scudding and will trip you up. Flat shoes are best.
You're welcome.

I vote 4m as well. You can fly it every bit as early and it will allow you to fly in higher winds. More wind range means more fly time.
You will end up protecting yourself from the power of the 5.5m and not really mastering kite control. It is ALL about kite control and time on the
ropes.
You will be tempted to take the 5.5m out in too strong of winds if it is your only kite and odds are far greater that you will get hurt.
Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.
Flexifoil: 1.7m Sting, 4.9m Blade 3, 9m Blade 2.
Flysurfer : 19m Speed 2 SA, 7m Pulse
Peter Lynn :18m Phantom, 15m Synergy, 10m Synergy, 1200 Farc, 460 Sarc, 130 Tarc, 5m Peel, 4.2m , 6.4, 8.5 C-Quads, 3.5 LS2 single skin.
Rides: Flexi / P.L. Frankin'Buggy , Shaped + straight skiis, sand skis, Coyote blades. Core 95 ATB. RKB R2 ATB .
