WANTED Small-Medium Water Kite

i've been looking for a small to medium waterkite the past few months, i was thinking something along the lines of a used 3.5 up to a 6 meter which is the threshold i'm comfortable with.

i bought a 3.5 alpha last year and realized i should have gotten something to take out over the lake.

i was hoping someone on here could offer me a decent deal for a used one or point me in the right direction. i would buy new, but i've got a budget i need to maintain. looking around the 250 mark or lower.

Thank you for any help you can offer in advance.

no offense...small kites are for high winds and best left to kitesurfers w/ lots of experience
if you are looking for something to play around with in the water or body drag think HQ Hydra or Pansh Adam

i'm a little nervous about pansh, especially when it comes to an aquatic kite. i want to ease into my sea legs so i am looking for something like a hydra.

but if you have had a good experience with Pansh let me know. because i saw they have a nice sale going on at the moment that would fit my price range. i'm not looking to tear up the lake, but getting pulled around a bit would be fun.

i have a Pansh Adam 3.5 i play with in the water..its on handles they didnt come w/ the kite neither did the lines..I'd rather have the HQ w/ the bar...but then id have missed out on a several cases of beer...its a priority thing

3.5m LEI would be considered a tiny kite . Too small to get you moving on water in anything less than storm winds. 6m is an odd size ? 7m LEI is considered a small / high wind kite for small people. Trying to get up on a board or body drag upwind in moderate wind is nothing less than frustrating with a small kite. I know this because I struggled with one myself.

Pansh closed cell foils don't come with a bar and trying to tune a bar to them is a PIA . Again,, I know because I have struggled to do so myself with the Aurora.

You will also need a harness to body drag upwind.

Not trying to bum you out but to save you from some of the frustrations I have been through by trying to go too small and too cheap. Doing so only slowed my progress.

You can fly your alpha on water. You just won't be able to re-launch it if you crash. Take a mesh bag along and practice " self rescue " if you do. Then take it back to the beach and start again.

Never go out farther than you are willing to swim in EVER !

Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.
Flexifoil: 1.7m Sting, 4.9m Blade 3, 9m Blade 2.
Flysurfer : 19m Speed 2 SA, 7m Pulse
Peter Lynn :18m Phantom, 15m Synergy, 10m Synergy, 1200 Farc, 460 Sarc, 130 Tarc, 5m Peel, 4.2m , 6.4, 8.5 C-Quads, 3.5 LS2 single skin.

Rides: Flexi / P.L. Frankin'Buggy , Shaped + straight skiis, sand skis, Coyote blades. Core 95 ATB. RKB R2 ATB .
