I bought off a rider who never used it. It still had the factory ties on it. I flew it twice on a snow covered lake this last winter. It is still perfect. Packed loosely and stored in a climate controlled basement.

Wow. That thing is cherry. I love those wacky graphics about no pumping and no lift tickets. This thing should probably be framed in a shadow box by some kite nerd somewhere (no I'm not volunteering.)

I haven't flown a Cool, but apparently the 2Cool was the 2008 upgrade to the Cool. I've only ever flown NicS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-s Rookie, which was terrifying and unsafe... but apparently there were SIGNIFICANT improvements from Rookie -> Rookie 2 -> Cool -> 2 Cool... That seems like a pretty fair price for a super clean, older tech kite. Here's a vid of some 6m flying in light winds. Incidentally, my first DePower was 2007 LEI tech and it was fine to learn on (until I flew some of the new stuff, anyway).
