Washington State International Kite Festival (WSIKF) - Aug 18-24, 2014 Long Beach, WA.

Hi Everyone,
Once again NAPKA will be allowed to buggy at WSIKF this year.
We'll be located at the south end of the boardwalk at the Sid Snyder approach.
You MUST be a current NAPKA member to buggy.

Pre-Festival weekend....anyone sneaking out early? I see the event areas are all ready setup ...some of the crazies are already showing up...
