I'm unsure of the model I'm guessing cult and I can't believe I forgot te year a 2010 model crisp material not sure of the bar and strings. I'm
guessing it was rarely used and it was stored in a garage.

Market price both on eBay and several forums for a 7.5M Naish Cult seems to be about $200-$250 before shipping.
Those prices are kite and bag only with no lines or bar. Minor repairs on several of the kites listed.
One of the sales was charging $25 for a new pump.
You should be able to work your price up a bit from there, as yours is RTF and damage free.
Store in AU was selling a used 2009 for $469 USD RTF but no pump.
