Your price is really close to that of a new current model kite. You might have to lower your expectations to find a buyer.

Just noticed this comes with a harness. Is that normal for the Neo? Otherwise that might add some value over a new one, though I imagine most people
looking at buying a depowerable already have a harness.

I misspoke in my first post - I purchased the kite new, and it has never been used, still in original packaging.
It is not standard for the Neo to come with a harness.
