Pansh Flux 1.4

Yeah I know this forum hates Pansh but
I think last year they had a 2 for 1 + a 1.4 flux deal.
I am hoping someone has little to zero use for the 1.4 but I could really use it.
Today was not bad but two days ago I got my ass kicked several times on a 2.0.
Gusts are projected at 50+ this week so time to get ready from some winter wind fun :D

I don't think we hate Pansh here at all really - it just is what it is. Especially the new kites they're putting out - they're pretty well made and you can't beat the price. We're just all aware that they require individual tweaking to really get the most out of them.

(Just wanted to make sure it was said in case newcomers think they need to stay away because they bought a bunch of Pansh gear.)

I have the 2m and think it's a pretty good little kite. Appears to be well made. And pretty zippy through the wind window.

I agree with macboy - Pansh kites do require more tuning than the average kite out of the box.

I think all things in life go though the same transitional phases:
1st - you purchase what you hope is a safe option - i.e. it "works" immediately out of the box
2nd - you realize what you are can tweak or replace it to your tastes and get more performance for your use
3rd - you start to question and/or ignore others inputs and just look for what you need to solve your problems

Happens with everything - Food (we have all gone though this one by an early age), classes in an education environment, working environments, to music, software, where you go on the web, hobbies of all kinds - you name it.

I like the fluxes because they are cheap so I worry less about abuse and therefor take more risks with them and
fly in my wind environment after some tuning as a buggy engine a lot better than the "safe" (and much more expensive) kites I originally purchased and have since sold off.

YMMV - fly what makes you smile...

Cheezycheese - my 2.0 has been out at least 40 times - zippy it is when you have the wind :D

Getting lofted out of the buggy by 2.0 :o

Well after reading your first post, I don't know how safe any kite would be in 50mph+gusts.... be careful! !
