The original C-stall system Welcome the Empire from IKON
The Ikon Kiteboarding EMPIRE has reached new ground rules and safety standards for all foils.
As you will see this years Ozone kites have used the same concept in design and others are likely to follow.....
Check out the IKON video below showing you the system and the kites ability to fly stable fast and loop like a lei "C" kite
It is called the c stall as it pulls the c lines from through the speed system (instead of through the kite like on Ozones system). It is super fast
to re launch, super easy (with one finger pulling) to engage the system.
Any questions please feel free to get in touch as the Empire 2 will be coming out soon and the Empire will be going down in price ( near half that of
other kites with similar features ) this fall into winter.

Kite looks nice but the website continues to need support. I was clicking on the various sizes of the Empire 1 to get pricing and once you select a
size (08 for example) you can't select another without using the back button as the drop down freezes.
I like the looks of Icon kites so don't take this the wrong way but I'm not seeing how your safety system is any different from a traditional 5th line
with the exception of the fact that you connect the pulleys as opposed to unique bridle tabs or positions. Not a criticism just hoping to give you
the chance to elaborate. I'm not endorsing Ozone but theirs is different as it appears to operate on a line internal to the kite. Gin and FS have been
doing 5th lines for years with entirely separate bridles or at least dedicated tabs/connectors.

Feedback is great.......thanks
The unique one of a kind way that this kite de powers and shuts off is very much like a paraglider in "B-line stalls". This is where the pilot pulls
the second line set back from the leading edge, pulls and thus manipulating the shape of the paraglider, slows the wind over the wing creating a poor
flow of air. This allows altitude loss in paragliders (sinking 100-1000 feet a minute pending the wing)
When it is applied to a kite for snow kiting, it creates a horizontal " fold " from wing tip to wing tip, therefore instantly with no flutter or
canopy flip, shut the kite down.
The best part is due to its inherent setup in the speed system, it is not easily tangled ( bridles, pulleys, etc). The kite is instantly ready for
relaunch. So it is not a typical 5th line set up as where the Empires 5 th line pulls from is very different than flysurfer, ozone, elf, hq, and
other brands out there.

Cool video, had to mute it instantly, I can't hear that damn song even one more time.
Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.
