Since I only kite once in a while now and only in the snow, I am selling off these sweet kites.

The 9 is near new crispy. I had 2 - 18s. I don't think this 18 ever saw air time. The 15m is the orange and black version and was flown once. The 12m I got from BeamerBob and has seen air time on the playa. I had purchased these for what they are as part of kite history. I had Feyd's cult 15 phantom which saw plenty of air time but that one is long gone.

The 9m comes with its short bar and lines that also works on the 12m.

I am selling this as a complete set so don't ask me to break it up. You won't like my single kite prices.


I haven't been around much, but I am sure there are those still around that can vouch for me.

I don't remember who got the cult 15. If memory serves me was some new kiter and was his second arc. He wanted a phantom so I let the cult kite go. My quiver was starting to swell at that time.

So I hope the kite I kept covers me for my occasional goofing around.

Mainly husky powered now. A good share of my kite gear has crossed over.

No kite porn like I used to list with 3 huskies running around. They know how to open doggy gates and escape and to much husky doo in the yard.

What is it you mean by the "Cult" kite? Not the bagged out, tired one that wound up passed around and around here for a while? I've got that one waiting here quietly for a Kieron inspired project ; )

is this the one ur talking about? "cult", i had got this kite from Carl and repaired it used for couple years. it definitely has a "cult following" and pulled some serious time ,

i think carl ripped it on a post snow kiting , then i got for postage $ and dental floss repaired it and totally loved it. learned a ton on it, as did carl.

Yup.....I think I've got it sitting here in my closet right beside the sewing machine! It's still in the "family" and hasn't had a stitch ripper taken to it (YET!).

Does anybody have an extra bar for they are looking to sell? I just found out that this only includes a single bar for the 9-12M kites. So if this works out for me, I would need a bar to share between the 15M and the 18M.

You'd have to ask the experts here how 1st gen Phantoms would handle on a Navi bar.

Anyone got an original large PL bar setup they could sell Jadog?

I wouldn't want to fly one with an original navi bar unless it was a really small one. I was always against the Y line configuration though. I think it closes the arc in too much to allow it to fly like it was designed to fly.

I remembered the Navi and it's long y line had issues but thought I should double check.

My Griffin bar went east with my VII a while back.

I fouled this Airush bar that is very interesting. Converts between 5th line flag out and four line with single line flag out.
