TOSSING THIS OUT AGAIN....
I am bringing my kids to WW this year so.....either I'm making a really nice tandem seat for the back of my wide axle flexifoil or.....Looking for a
flexifoil buggy....or just side rails to a flexifoil as I have a small axle and PL downtube/fork already...that is all I would need to make a tandem
set up....
Also still in the market for nice Flexifoil kites....
I know they are out there....Holiday bills piling up?....Let me know what you have and we can talk...
Who eventually bought that Flexifoil navaro that was one here not too long ago?
thanks and have a great weekend...Heading out to the lake now to see if too much snow is a factor...Can you say burning legs..

I have been really happy with how well it has held up especially in the salt water environment here.
The new front axle and fork are really nice...
I do not think a wide axle would be good for me but I have not tried one either.
My riding style is kind of limited to short runs across the beach with lots of turning due to side on winds most of the year.
In the winter I get some E off shore winds but a bluff cuts off the air path so 2000 feet runs are very rare and about the dead max.
The wider axle should make it harder to high side flip during a turn which is the main way I OBE but
For the E wind days I already have to carry the buggy instead getting to roll it with stairs and limited path widths for part of the path.
The longer axil would be a real pain as it would 5X the length of the carry over the present one...
I really like the size and weight of the Flexi - toss it into the back of the truck and it is less than 10 minutes (with traffic LOL) from my office
to my ridding spots.
Keeping it all simple means I get more quality riding time...
Just in case anyone in the US wants a new one - directly off the Flexi website you can get free shipping and no EU tax if you fill out all your info.

Thanks Spencer....I have a couple ways to go about it, but that is nice. Thanks for the pics...I though of something like that but with just the fork
engaged into something for attachment to my rear axle...all I would need is side rails to make that set-up....The seat in the back is my other option.
(on the wideaxle). So basically they would be sitting right with me. Going to try to get out today with skis on the lake....

I know Scott has a buggy with a back seat like that and I've seen a couple of others like that. I think one issue others have encountered is how it
effects the steering. With the added weight on the back it takes weight off the front wheel.
Just something to think about
I'm going to take a nap now

@ Spencer- back seat does not lighten the front end at all- person on the back is simple centered to slightly forward of the rear axle and then with
their legs wrapped around my fat .... no front end slidey. Real issue is need somewhere for them to put their feet- motorcycle footpegs or such I
have just never spent the time to figure one out

The footpegs and general comfort for someone doing this all day with me leads me to wanting the complete add on set up over the sit behind me version
with legs wrapped around me...I also worry about their little legs dropping off and getting caught under the buggy as we are moving....I will figure
it all out...love this kind of stuff and I know how to build....

Thanks but way too big for me....plus if I do get another buggy it needs to be as small as possible as it would be for my kids starting to learn the
sport. I really like the flexifoil. Easy to get around...SS is bombproof and I have a ton of parts already to make multiple buggies (bigfoots, wide
axle, short axle, big forks, etc).
Who had the vip blade on here for sale...tried to follow a thread but it was sold, traded, and then went to personal u2u so.....I would ponder that
for one of those WW days when nobody can fly....

I've got a kite trike that I don't use. Has less than a dozen rides on it and has been hanging from a hook in my shed for a loooooong time.
Could certainly bring it down to WWBB for you.
