Help.....

I have a MOntana 9.5m kite on a bar
Now, give me a fixed bridle kite and I can do all sorts but on a bar, I need help
It seems to fly to the zenith and then tip tucks and its a mess from then
I have tried pulling the black strap in, I've let it out...still does the same. I wanna use this kite on the snow but it's driving me potty. I tried it yesterday in clean winds on a frozen lake

Any clues or help...I will bring it to SOBB in May.

and go!

Also, how does one shorten the throw on a bar, I got long arms and cant reach.

Thanks
D

Which model Montana is it?

To get the bar closer you would have to shorten the chicken loop. Those bars do have lots of throw.

Might need to slacken off the back lines at the bar + bridle ends.

I had a Montana 5 for a nanosecond that I bought cheap that was having a similar issue. I sent it to Powerzone and he corrected the problem for a very reasonable fee.

I did have same issues with Montana 1 , test shown in video below resolved issue .... If this will not work you probably have starched bridle lines.... Then PowerZone is you best option ...

If you planning to shorten a throw , do this before continuing with this tune up ....
