Ok, it's time to get the chatter going!

We are little less than a month away from WBB Spring 2015! It's time to get the excitement here on PKF going. I almost can't take the silence! I know a lot of us chat outside of PKF, but let's again let the other PKF members know what they are missing out on if they decide not to come.

I will start with.......

Some outstanding winds! Sometimes we really have some wicked winds that make boys into men, or separate them all together!

You know Konrad, you are dead on. I say it each year, how I miss my WBB family. In reality, I care for each of you like family and that makes this event more special than anything.

And the official date starts on Tuesday? This creeping up and we will have a 7 day event soon :)

I am more than ready for this one. It has been a long, cold, snowy winter.

Room is booked and gear is ready to go.
Even managed to get my 5m Lynx (first flight and it's a fun little de-power) into the air yesterday to make sure I could still remember how :o Honestly, I haven't had an hour of flying time since Fall WBB.
Looking forward to seeing my kite family again in...

just 36 days!:wee:

Abkayak, that is so funny as I was reading this post I started thinking Zombie Dust as soon as you said IPA. I have had the pleasure to have this several times and it is probably the best IPA I have ever had. Another good ale to try is Rogue Voodoo Donut.

Locally brewed:
Flying Monkeys Smashbomb Atomic IPA
Alexander Keith's India Pale Ale
Amsterdam Boneshaker
Muskoka Mad Tom IPA
Granville Island English Bay Pale Ale
The Publican's House Square Nail Pale Ale
... had 'em all and they're OK if you like freaky names and lots 'o hops. (Except the GI. It's ben a fave of mine since the 80's)

But among my favourites:
Aporkalypse Now Oatmeal Bacon Stout,
Mill Street Barley Wine, and Waterloo - Amber or Porter (it's across the street from my dads house:smile grin: ).
Now we're talkin' :D
