There are several other forums where Bear Grylls is deeply reviled for many things..... including slapping his brand/endorsing anything that isn't
moving.
He has a sponsorship with Gerber knives and if you are so inclined you can quite literally buy a pack full of stuff with his name/brand on it
(including the pack).
And if you don't feel you can bear to leave land in something with with the BG logo on it, there's this boat they will sell you.
Bear Grylls/Man vs. Wild should be taken with a boulder of salt (it is reality programming after all) and the parody/spoof level has reach epic
levels.

Apparently Bear is not averse to making fun of himself in some beer ads.
