Thank you for selecting PRIMM VALLEY CASINO RESORTS as host hotel for your North American Buggy Expo Event. The following contract is between The
Primadonna Company, LLC, a Nevada corporation (hereinafter referred to as “PRIMM VALLEY CASINO RESORTS”), and North American Buggy Expo (hereinafter
referred to as "MEETING GROUP"),
ROOM COMMITMENT
Primm Valley Casino Resorts is presently holding on a tentative basis, the following commitment of rooms at Buffalo Bill’s according to the following
pattern:

Please be advised that pre and post dates will be at the prevailing rack rates. Please note that this arrival/departure pattern is not cumulative,
consequently, any rooms not utilized on any one day will not be carried forward to the next day but rather, will revert back to the Primm Valley
Casino Resorts.
RATES
The following room rates will be in effect during the event. All rates are based on single or double occupancy, plus Clark County room tax, currently
9%. For more than two adults in a room, there will be an additional charge of $5.00 per extra person.

ROOM RESERVATIONS
It is understood that individuals will call (800) FUN-STOP, and booking rooms individually through our room reservation department. At the time of
calling, individuals will be required to guarantee their rooms by way of credit card, or advanced deposits. Guest should refer to the Group Code
SCB0402 no later than March 12, 2007, to make room reservations. Should you require additional rooms after March 12, 2007, we will do our utmost to
accommodate you, on an “availability at the time” basis.
The Internet is a valuable tool that is widely utilized. It offers many promotional rates to the traveler. It is also a detriment to you as a planner,
since your rates are guaranteed, and is guaranteeing the space blocked for your program. Your attendees must use the Group Code for you to receive
credit for rooms & space blocked.
CUT OFF DATE
The cut-off date for reservations will be March 12, 2007. All rooms not accounted for two (2) weeks prior to the start of your function will be
released back to the Hotel. However, we will be happy to review all remaining rooms, excluding suites, on your cut-off date and work with you on
retaining a sufficient amount. All requests for reservations will then be confirmed subject to room availability. NOTE: NAME & DATE CHANGES AND
CANCELLATIONS AFTER CUT OFF DATE WILL BE AT THE HOTEL’S DISCRETION.
INCIDENTAL CHARGES: Individuals must provide a major credit card or cash
deposit upon check-in to guarantee incidental charges.
CHECK IN: 3:00 pm Monday through Friday
4:00 pm Saturday and Sunday
CHECK OUT: 12:00 pm (Noon) 7 days a week
By law, it is required that there must be one (1) adult per room (person over age 21) and guest must present a valid I.D. (State Driver’s License,
state ID, passport, etc) at the time of check-in. In addition, the following is Nevada State Law: ‘ Public Register Required: Every person within the
limits of an unincorporated town in Clark County, who maintains any hotel shall provide, keep and maintain a public register every person who rents or
occupies a room in such hotel to register his name and place of residence to the day of the year, month and week. (Ord.53 1, 1954).’ By signing this
agreement, you acknowledge that you have been notified of this requirement.
