HQ Montana VIII 8m
Need to sell my 8m Montana. I've had it for less than a year and for all intents and purposes, it is a new kite. Conditions here in CO generally are
such that by the time I am looking for an 8m size kite, I am also looking for something that is lower lift - so I just haven't used it that much. A
couple of times on snow and a couple of times on buggy and then I've taken it out a couple times just to static - fly in my front yard because it
looks lonely.
I don't think I need to explain the M8's much in this forum - they are great kites. Smooth power, nice clean 4-line setup, great depower range. The
8m is very quick and can produce quite a bit of power just by virtue of its speed. Make great buggy kites in addition to snow kites.
I'll include one picture of the lines, but otherwise there's really no need as it is essentially new.
Based on the condition, I'm asking $750 plus shipping.
u2u or email me for more info!

BeamerBob - I agree. The 12m was my all time favorite this last year. Wish I had more opportunities to try this guy out, but it just didn't happen.

I have considered an 8/12 combo for a long time to replace my 6/10/14. Tempting but I so love my 10.

You sure you ready for a 10 m montana that's a big boys kite. considering that you only fly those beginner friendly apexes, just sayin.

All jokes aside I love the 10m it has a lot of lift , very good power and its not a twitchy kite size but very smooth and controllable . it also
depowers nicely when needed.

Funny - the 10m is the one size I haven't ridden. The 8m can deliver some serious pop when you send it quickly. I spend most of my time on larger
kites so it really feels like a sports car when I do get it out. It is a ton of fun to throw around.

The 10 to me is the perfect size. I imagine the smaller sizes can be scary in high wind. I bought a 7m in the version 7 a while back but promptly
sold it . It felt too lifty in the winds I needed to fly it in. The 14 m reminds me of my old 17m cabrina nitro Lei . Very powerful but well behaved
until u send it hard then up u go.

The 8m is not twitchy at all. It is confidence inspiring to go fast with. This is two versions beyond when I decided the Montana was perfect. The
10 m builds power very quickly and I imagine it would be a go to size on beaches. When we lived back east, the 9.5 was the go to size. Flying the 10
at Ivanpah can be flirting with disaster. Wind and apparent wind can multiply quickly with the leverage of that size kite.
