So the guys at work all know I kite, and buggy, they frequently ask me questions about it and I show them videos, etc,etc, etc.
Last week one of them calls me and says he sees on the side of the road with a trooper behind him with "some kind of buggy thingy with a sail thingy on it like a wind surfer" and ask if I knew anybody that would have something like that. Of course the answer was yes, but I told him no one too local that I know of. So we're one of you guys or gals in Delaware and being harassed by one of our locals finest as to what it was you had with you?
