Dillon Beach California NO WHEELS ALLOWED

FYI,
My friend went there the other day to buggy. This is the best beach in Northern California to buggy. He was told to leave, by a beach manager. No more wheeled vehicles allowed. This is very sad news.

The beach is great because there are few people there daily and is long and runs north to south. When the perfect ocean wind is coming from the west its a perfect run for about a mile.

It appears Dillion beach has banned wheeled vehicles as early as 2010.

In Washington State the law stated,
A wheeled wind driven recreational vehicle, is not allowed on the state hiway which is what the beaches are here.
Due to the fact the kite buggy was part of my business, it was not clasified as a recreational vehicle for me. Haha
You can always buggy on the sidewalks with a fb kite on the bridles only. Just post what the arresting officers say as they haul you away.
