My 'media agent' is correct on all counts.
Nahant beach is just 12 Mi. North of Boston.
What's better than just a beach? A beach that is on a clear(no buildings) peninsula sticking into a bay where you get good wind direction not just
from on shore but from 'off shore'(onshore from other side) too.
1.4 miles long . Hardpack lane and soft sand lane.
