I am in need of a water kite and am looking for any lei 2012 or later. In the range of 9m to 11m. My budget is 350 or less for ko and 550 for kite, bar and lines. I know it's tight but maybe someone just wants their gear gone :/

Just making sure but when you say rtf for the screamer, you mean with bar and lines right? And the only reason for the year is because of the amount of depower it can dump because sometimes winds pickup real quick where I will be flying.

Yup, rtf means kite + lines and bar. I haven't flown this one, so I can't speak to how much depower it has.
