Newbie needs some advice...

Dear Friends,
Being new to buggying, I could really use your advice. I'm searching for a front bolt for an 2002 Flexifoil buggy. The axle is 12mm x 180mm and it's for a 4" wheel.
After the original tire and tube began to split, I learned I couldn't get the wheel out of the fork due to one of the sets of bearings rusted to the axle. I used all sorts of lubes, but no luck. Sadly, I just cut the axle to remove the wheel from the fork. DANG!
So here's where I need the advice...I've searched the net like a crazy man and haven't had any success. Where do you experienced buggiers get your replacement parts?
I live in Arizona and have even tried all of our hardware stores with no luck.
Any and all advice would be REALLY appreciated.
Thank you very much, Ken

I built my own buggies ,but not metric. There are several places to get these things and the rest of the family will be here soon. This is easy to fix. Oh yeah , welcome to the PKF :)

No worries. We use Fastenal all the time. When it comes to nuts and bolts. If nobody else has it, they will, and if they don't. You don't need it. Haha! Actually...if you got enough money. A.K.A. Large enough count. They'll get it made for you. Good luck with your buggy and remember anti-seize is your friend.

Since this is solved - for the future:

McMaster-Carr is a good option for odd ball hardware...

Some Ace Hardware stores actually have a lot of metric in some areas but none in other locations.

If anyone ever needs the real stuff for a production item - try Fabory
The catalog will completely spec out the parts including exactly how long each part is and the actual parts will be spot on...
Really critical when you would have interference with generic hardware (aka McMaster, Fastenal bolts change length with each box)
Production pricing is 25% higher but can save tons of headaches...

You can order them online, stainless ones are a bit costly but here is a site that I found them at.
