Alvord Fall Session??

What is the prospect of a Fall Alvord get together?
September or October?
Any preferred dates?

Nothing has jumped on my calendar for that weekend of October 7th yet. I'm really hoping I can get up there and others make it too.

I read somewhere that the weekend of the 7th was the target. It's the only weekend I can make it. I hope others can be there too.

Alvord Buggy Experience (ABE) will be happening Oct. 6-10 (Canadian Thanksgiving weekend), hope to see you there! Over 80 square miles of lakebed to buggy and explore. At the end of the day head over to the hot spring pools. Most of us camp on the lakebed but there is also camping and Mash style cabins at the Alvord Hot springs just off the lakebed.

Sounds like Oct 6-10 goes on my calendar.
Looking forward to meeting more buggy junkies.

I'm rooted in Bend Oregon and would welcome
folks that want to break up the drive.
Just let me know.

Getting excited!
Looks like we'll be arriving about the same time.
This is my first time there. what's the location of your intended camping?
Can you provide a lat/long?

See you soon.

42.505741 - 118.530525

This is approx.the area we usually camp at. If you come in from Fields take the second entrance to the lakebed. There is a mobile home there, this entrance is much smoother than the first.
