Counting days.....

I just booked my room using Hotels.com. The rate is cheaper than using the NABX discount code.

Tue, Wed, Thurs, Sunday = $25 a night
Friday and Saturday = $52 a night

includes 2 free roller coaster tickets

So the people that put this on should just say thanks!? Every room you book and save $13 for the week on, comes right out of our allotment.

You don't use the room code, we don't get credit.

WE. YOU. The only way we can get the price down is to book as a group. The only way we can reserve so many rooms is if you book them. Using the room code.

You book the way you suggest, and NABX doesn 't even exist. We call up and ask for a deal for the group, and they say, hmmmm, we don't know, you guys only booked 40 nights.

Folks, there is no us and them. It's we. Us. Our. You and me. Strength in numbers. You like kite power? How about combined kite power? You want to be counted? How 'bout voting with your wallet?
We have a huge impact on this place each year, but for some reason don't have the clout. Of course as i pointed out earlier on this forum, you don't use the room code, how would the hotel know you were with anyone?

Tell you what, since all the staff, and all the people who do nabx, have to pay their way too, why don't you donate the savings you got to the general fund. I hear they are low on jet fuel and the property tax on their Swiss Chalet is going up.

In short, here's the deal. Please help us help you to get the best deal possible. Sometimes that is NOT as good a deal as you can get on the internet. You want a Wal-Mart world? Always go for the cheapest deal instead of the deal that makes the most sense and you can have it.

It's to late now, but if you haven't gotten a hotel room, how about trying to use the room code anyway????? Tell them you know you don't expect a deal, but you'd like to make sure they know the only reason you are going to their out of the way god forsaken casino is because you fly kites! and you want them to know that!!!!!!

I always book into Primm Valley and let them know that I am with NABX. If the group is not getting credited, let me know. I stay 10 nights per trip and also book outside the window for NABX. I pay extra to stay @ Primm. (room service and carpets that do not give me vertigo are just 2 of the reasons)
For me it is a personal choice, but I want the group to get credit if possible.
