Bridle line Splitting

What should I do about this? Could I just wrap some electrical tape around it and call it a day?

There was also this knot in one of the bridle lines when I got the kite should I untie it or just leave it, because I heard that knots make weak points in into line.

It I feel a 4 line fixed bridle kite and in the first picture the thread connecting the line is coming out. You can see the line that is sort of separate is what I am oncerned about. If you look at the lines in the back ground they are together all the way with no splits. I am sorry if this may be confusing

ssayre...scroll to the right
yea thats not gonna get better only bad things can happen w/ that
someone will come along and say exactly what to do, but worse case is to consider resewing yourself maybe even by hand??

i think 2nd pic is a knot that must be taken out for kite to fly proper..unless someone did a repair and threw that knot in to shorten the line??

have you flown this kite yet??

id glue that loop up w/ Goop if nothing else

both things irk me...and id attend to them
can you ask the seller about the knot...unless it was an intentional act it shouldnt be there in the bridle
imo
