This is a nice kite that does extremely well in light winds. The kite will stay up when a Flysurfer Speed3 is falling out of the sky. Of course in those light winds it doesn't generate much pull.
But it's good for teaching new people how to fly. This kite would also be great for a light wind water foil setup. It turns relatively quickly for a foil kite since hit has a smaller aspect ratio then most other foil kites. It would also be good for enjoying the snow country. And of course it does just fine out on the water. I've had it out in 30 mph winds and let me tell you that's pretty exciting! The jumps were amazing! But I would say the sweet spot for this kite is in the 18 to 24 mph wind range (for water, with a 165 lb rider).
