It's been awhile for me too!

Hey all! I've been away for awhile but still haven't lost the bug for flying.
Funny thing too, in the time that I have been away I've managed to introduce several friends to the sport to the point of them starting their own kite quivers with more converts to come.

The biggest news for me is that I'm going to make a full transition into FB static flying. I know that sounds lame to most but it never gets boring to me. So basically that means I'll soon be posting for sale a Peter Lynn Comp XR buggy I bought from BeamerBob, as well as a GI Board, and an older Flexifoil Sabre 2 9.5 DP kite. It's just time for these items to go on to good homes, and for me to concentrate on the flying I enjoy most.

That doesn't sound strange to me. I love static flying. In fact, I've been transitioning to mostly static myself. I would like to find a rev or freiline quad line. For me it was always about flying the kite. I don't have great opportunity for traction but it's easy to find time and place for static.
