lower body workout and more

seems like a lot of people on the forum are kiting for the workout, as i do, too.
likely most are risk takers and adrenaline junkies as well.
care to work your entire lower body and core, helping balance and cardio, while HAVING FUN? you jumpers are certainly doing that.
here's the way that i am doing that, while mostly staying a lot safer. though it can be as safe or crazy as you like.
i go up and down only. i'm not traveling (yet)
i've replaced the bottom bit with a 9" plexiglas disc so i can use it in the grass.
i would imagine that it could also be used on sand that way, bit it may collect that sand.

this is not me.
i have mine set to 30 lbs psi and have the medium pro model. with the 19" shaft, at 30 psi, i go about 2 feet high. if i feel the need to go 10 feet, i head to the nearest pool with a highboard and gladly land in water.
at this setting, for me, it's right at 1 second per bounce. 60 bounces, one minute.
you'll huff and puff. you will not blow a house down.
i got this as rehab for a hip replacement, and as an aid to get me ready to start diving again. it worked wonderfully.
in their info, they say it can handle ANYONE. one quip is that a 400 lb. person could do it, but why would a 400 lb. person WANT to do it.
then again, this group is probably not loaded with the "average 400 lb. person."
anyway... it's fun. you can do it in a very limited space. it's easily transportable when you let the air out.
i let my divers use it as part of their conditioning and they love it.
my best was 248 bounces. i was shooting for 250, but i was tired and would have run into my house if i went for the last 2.
